1. About PinDoulia

PinDoulia is an online job board serving Long Island, New York, connecting job seekers with employers. The Platform allows employers to post job listings and job seekers to browse, apply for, and save positions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using PinDoulia, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@pindoulia.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not create accounts for others without authorization, impersonate any person or entity, or provide false information during registration.

4. Employer Accounts and Job Postings

Employers who post job listings represent that they are authorized to do so on behalf of their organization and that all postings comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including but not limited to equal employment opportunity (EEO) requirements.

PinDoulia reserves the right to remove any job posting that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is fraudulent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. Paid listings are non-refundable once published.

Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions, communications with applicants, and compliance with applicable employment laws.

5. Job Seeker Accounts

Job seekers may create profiles, upload resumes, and apply for positions through the Platform. By uploading a resume or profile, you grant PinDoulia a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your information to employers using the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile and application materials. PinDoulia does not guarantee employment or any particular outcome from using the Platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications
• Discriminate against applicants or employers on the basis of any protected characteristic
• Use the Platform to collect personal data for purposes other than employment
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without written permission
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform
• Use the Platform for spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial communications
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features, including employer job posting plans, are available on a paid basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Contact support@pindoulia.com with any billing questions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, software, and content created by PinDoulia, is owned by PinDoulia and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User-submitted content (job postings, profiles, resumes) remains the property of the submitting party. By submitting content, you grant PinDoulia a license to display and use that content in connection with operating the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PINDOULIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT ENDORSE ANY EMPLOYER OR JOB SEEKER AND MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF JOB LISTINGS OR APPLICANT PROFILES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINDOULIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PinDoulia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Cookie Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@pindoulia.com.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
